Diogenes Farri
Born Valpariso, Chile, a 3rd generation potter. 1973-1996 taught in National Art School, Sydney and participated in many craft and ceramic exhibitions, both national and international. 1999 undertook a 6 month artist in residency position in Chichibu, Japan, organised by the Saitama Museum of Modern Art. Currently implementing a ceramic workshop within the Design School of the University of Valparaiso.

Nace en Valparaíso, 3 Generación de ceramistas, aprendizaje en taller familiar. 1973-96 Profesor, Departamento de Cerámica, Escuela Nacional de Arte, Sydney Instituto de Tecnología, Australia 1998-99 ‘Sai -no-kuni’ Artista en Residencia (6 meses) Organisada por el Museo de Arte Moderno Sitama y la Municipalidad de Chichibu, Japón Actualmente está a cargo del Laboratorio Cerámica, Departamento de Diseño, Universidad de Valparaiso.
